Frequently asked questions
No. Lithuanian driving and boat licences legally require the applicant to pass the official Regitra examinations in person. We prepare and support you, but the exam cannot be skipped.
No. A Lithuanian ID card (asmens tapatybes kortele) is issued only to Lithuanian citizens. Legal residents hold a residence permit instead, and we can help eligible residents with that.
We can advise on the legal residency steps required before you become eligible. We do not arrange documents for people who are not entitled to them.
No honest agency can. We make sure your application is complete and correct, which greatly reduces delays and rejections, but the decision rests with the authority.
