Our mission
We help eligible people navigate Lithuanian bureaucracy honestly. We are a private consultancy – not a government authority – and we operate a strict zero-tolerance policy toward document fraud. We do not print, sell, or obtain documents for anyone who is not legally entitled to them.
Our value is simple: we know exactly which documents Regitra and the Migration Department require, we arrange the translations, and we make sure your application is complete so you are not sent away and told to come back.
Independent consultancy - not a government authority. Tikra Licencija does not issue documents and cannot obtain a licence or ID for anyone who is not legally eligible. We assist Lithuanian citizens and legal residents with official applications. Driving and boat licences require the applicant to pass the Regitra examinations in person; ID cards are issued only to Lithuanian citizens.
