How it works

Four transparent steps. You always deal with the authorities directly and in person.

1. Case review & eligibility

We assess your citizenship/residency status and confirm whether - and how - you can lawfully apply. If you are not yet eligible, we tell you what has to happen first.

2. Documents & translations

We give you an exact checklist for your case and arrange sworn translations and certified copies where the authority requires them.

3. Forms & appointments

We help you complete the official application forms correctly and book your Regitra or Migration Department appointment.

4. You complete the procedure

You attend in person, sit any required examinations, and the authority issues your document directly to you. We never receive or hand over documents on your behalf.

Independent consultancy - not a government authority. Tikra Licencija does not issue documents and cannot obtain a licence or ID for anyone who is not legally eligible. We assist Lithuanian citizens and legal residents with official applications. Driving and boat licences require the applicant to pass the Regitra examinations in person; ID cards are issued only to Lithuanian citizens.
