Administrative assistance for official Lithuanian procedures – for eligible applicants only.
We assist with procedures you are legally entitled to complete. Independent consultancy - not a government authority. Tikra Licencija does not issue documents and cannot obtain a licence or ID for anyone who is not legally eligible. We assist Lithuanian citizens and legal residents with official applications. Driving and boat licences require the applicant to pass the Regitra examinations in person; ID cards are issued only to Lithuanian citizens.
Driving licence - Regitra
New category B/A applications, exchange of a foreign EU/EEA or recognised licence, medical certificate guidance, sworn translation of your existing licence, and booking of the theory and practical examinations. You sit the exams; Regitra issues the licence.
Boat operator certificate
Preparation and registration for the official inland and coastal skipper examinations, plus the supporting paperwork, for applicants who meet the requirements.
ID & residence documents
For Lithuanian citizens: help renewing or replacing an ID card or passport. For legal residents: guidance on residence-permit applications and renewals and related civil-registry documents.
